10 oz, truly a mountain-man treat, served with sour cream and au jus or horseradish available on request.

8 oz, grilled to perfection, bathed in our classic red wine pan sauce.

FLAT IRON STEAK

8 oz, well seasoned, grilled to perfection, served with a side of our homemade house mustard.
