In an effort to honor this sacred Grand Mesa, we as striving to create and support a family atmosphere at Spruce Lodge Resort. We shall not allow excessive alcohol consumption, lewd behavior or profanity. We offer our lounge as a compliment to our restaurant services and ask that those who indulge in libations will respect others who have come to enjoy a wholesome and uplifting atmosphere. We encourage those who choose our establishment to have a grand time and to use their manners in making wonderful memories for all.
Our staff members may request proof of age from any guest before serving them any alcoholic beverage.
If a guest is unable to provide sufficient proof of age (official government-issued photo ID), in the sole judgment of our staff member and/or management, that guest shall not be served any alcoholic beverage.
No guest shall be served any alcoholic beverage when, in the judgment of the server, serving the guest might present a danger to the guest or anyone else.
Though we would love to "give you a break" for your unintentional oversight if you don't have sufficient proof of age on your person, rest assured that the State of Colorado Liquor Authority will not give us even the slightest break for our "intentional" serving of alcohol to someone who is either a minor or intoxicated.
Violation of liquor laws will result in significant fines to both server and restaurant. We could also lose our liquor license. We appreciate your understanding of the seriousness of the potential consequences.
